Q · 01 Do you work with clients outside Nepal?
Yes. Roughly half our current engagements are international, billed in USD or EUR. We operate on UTC+5:45 and schedule overlap windows for every engagement.
Q · 02 What's the smallest engagement you'll take?
A two-week paid discovery — written brief, technical audit, one written recommendation. From there, most engagements run 8–24 weeks.
Q · 03 Do you sign NDAs and offer source-code escrow?
Mutual NDAs are standard. Escrow is available through a third-party provider on larger engagements.
Q · 04 Who owns the code you write?
You do, on full payment of the engagement. We retain rights only to genuinely generic helpers and our own published software products.
Q · 05 Do you handle ongoing hosting and on-call?
Yes — every build comes with a defined operations plan. Retainers are available for basic monitoring, hosting and quarterly review.
